Segovia International Real Estate is a Canadian-owned and operated business created 15 years ago in 2007.

Our company history began in 2007 with the purchase of 118,403 sq. ft. meters in the privileged Arrocito area, where the ocean views are stunning. We divided this land into ten lots and sold it to individual investors. After that, we designed and built several luxury homes on that lots.
In 2008 after the great success of Arrocito, we had something bigger in mind: a condo-hotel named Marina Park Plaza with an extension of 69,667 sq. ft. in Chahué bay, with 57 condos, ten commercial spaces, and three restaurants.
Our next development was Punta Arrocito, a residential complex with 44 luxury condos in an extension of 87,941 sq. ft. with the particularity of a spiral form and a breathtaking ocean view.
Our most recent and finished construction is Palacio Huatulco, a complex of condos with a concept of condo-hotel, this time 44 condos, ten commercial spaces, and one restaurant in an extension of 47,210 sq. ft. in beautiful Tangolunda.
We have started our next Project named Paradise Cove, divided into 2 phases, the first one with 110 ocean view condos, a 9-hole course, a pickle ball court, a beach club, a restaurant, a gym, and beach Access. The second phase includes 20 lots and the construction of 20 houses in an extension of 562,952 sq. ft.
And finally, our recent Project called Peninsula, with an area of 363,820 square feet. This residential project will have 40 lots for the construction of 40 houses with wonderful views of the ocean.
